Description:
This consultation is made in the form of a formalized tender procedure in application of articles L.2124-1, L.2124-2 and L2125-1 1 for the conclusion of a mono-attribute framework agreement with orders in accordance with articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the public procurement code without minimum and with a maximum in volume of 3,000,000 liters over the duration of the framework agreement. Each member issues, for each delivery which concerns him, an order form which specifies in particular the place of delivery, the volume and nature of the domestic fuel oil expected, as well as the terms of access to the tanks. This market begins on the date of notification and ends on December 31, 2028. However, the purchase orders can only be issued in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028 included. The market is not renewable. The present consultation does not include a lot or optional tranche
