Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to supply and delivery of individual composters, anti-intrusion grids, bio-seaux as well as corresponding spare parts for the inhabitants of the Siom of the Chevreuse valley. This framework agreement is broken down into two lots, Each subject to a separate market with an awarded by market, detailed as follows: - Lot 1: Supply and delivery of individual composters and corresponding spare parts - Lot 2: Supply and delivery of bio -seaux. Each batch is the subject of a separate framework agreement, at unit prices and purchase orders in application of article R2362-8 of the public procurement code. Each batch runs by the emission of purchase orders. Regarding unit services with order formal, each batch is supervised by minimum and maximum annual amounts, as follows : LOT N 1: Annual minimum amount: 0 euros HT/ Annual maximum amount: 50,000 euros HT Lot 2: Annual minimum amount: 0 euros HT/ Annual maximum amount: 20,000 euros excl. The maximum number of lots that can be awarded to a Same bidder is 2. The market is concluded from its date of notification until December 31 of the current year.
