The purpose of this market is to supply and daily delivery (excluding weekends) meals Complete, prepared in cold connection, packaged in individual or collective trays, intended for various establishments in the Center for Social Action of the City of Paris (CASVP) spread across the entire Ile-de-France.
The services expected are as follows:
- preparation And the delivery of complete meals, including both lunches and dinners, made up of a starter, a main dish with garnish, a dairy product, a dessert and bread, according to grammages suitable for the profiles of beneficiaries (adults, elderly, young children) and in Compliance with the recommendations of the GEMRCN and the PNNS;
- the supply of snacks, especially for young children, made up of sweet or milk preparations, in accordance with the nutritional requirements of early childhood;
- Individual or collective portion packaging in trays Sealed, labeled (DLC, composition, grammage), allowing traceability and respect for the cold chain;
-Daily delivery in cold connection, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends), on different sites located in Paris Intra-Muros and Ile-de-France, in defined time slots by the contracting authority;
