Description:
Supply and delivery of cleaning products and materials for Deux Fleuves Rhone Habitat and Deux Fleuves Loire Habitat - Various residences in various municipalities in the Rhone and Loire
The consultation will result in a framework agreement for purchase orders in application of articles R.2162-1 to R2162-5 and R2162-13 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
The market is broken down into 2 lots defined as follows:
- Lot 1: Supply and delivery of cleaning products and materials for Deux Fleuves Rhone Habitat
- Lot 2: Supply and delivery of cleaning products and materials for Deux Fleuves Loire Habitat
Applicants must submit a separate offer for each lot they respond to.
This contract is concluded with a single economic operator per lot.
As part of this consultation, the provision of samples of products, consumables and materials is planned (article 6 of the consultation regulations, sub-criterion 3).
In the event of absence of samples or incomplete supply, the offer will be considered irregular.
There is no provision for compensation relating to samples.
The voucher framework agreement order is concluded for a period of 1 year from 02/01/2026 or from notification if this takes place after 02/01/2026. It is tacitly renewable three times, per period of 12 months, for a maximum duration of 48 months.
