This consultation concerns the supply and delivery of cardboard rolls, the supply and delivery of individual garden composters for the provision of individuals in houses with gardens, the supply and delivery of worm composters for residents in apartments without a garden, the acquisition of shared composters which will be installed at the bottom of buildings, the supply of rotary composters in order to equip small collective residences which do not have the space to install a shared composter, and the provision of support and development of composting sites shared at the foot of buildings with the establishment of new sites and the maintenance of existing sites.
