Description:
These are mono-attributal order formal frames giving rise to the emission of purchase orders, without guaranteed minimum, and with a maximum amount set at 180,000 euros excl. Tax over the entire duration of the market, in application of articles L2125-1-1 and R2162-2, R2162-4, R2162-5, R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code.
These are unique and flat-rate order-fitting framework agreements, according to the terms defined in the specific administrative clauses (CCAP).
The framework agreements with order orders take effect from Their notification date (anniversary date). They are concluded for an initial firm period of twenty-four (24) months.
They are tacitly renewable two (2) time, on each birthday date (date of notification), for a period of twelve (12) months without their total duration being able to exceed Forty-eight (48) months.
