- The market will be executed according to the technique of purchasing the framework agreement to order form for all lots, and subsequent for lot n 03 in accordance with articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the public procurement code. Each batch will be awarded to a single economic operator. MINIMUM AMOUNT MO minimum for the total duration of the contract: 284,000 euro (s) excl. Tax HT maximum for the total duration of the contract: 1,800,000 euro (s) HT the minimum and maximum amounts include all the renewal periods. Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. The services are regulated by unit prices according to the stipulations of the act of commitment or by reference to the catalogs or price lists and associated colors. The prices of the framework agreement for the order order party can be revisable by adjustment under the conditions of the CCAP. The prices of the framework agreement for subsequent markets are firm and not up -to -date
