- This consultation took the form of an open call for tenders in accordance with the provisions of article R2124-2 of the Public Order Code.
This is a single-awarder framework agreement (articles R2162 -1 to R2162-6 of the CCP) giving rise to purchase orders (articles R2162-13 andR2162-14 of the CCP), broken down into 7 lots with no minimum amount and a maximum amount.
It concerns the supplies of aggregates, namely: gravel / aggregate for coating / sand / coated / Emulsion / Storage coated / cold coated resin based. These materials will give rise to somedeliveries to the depot of the Municipality of Saint-Denis

Supply of various serious items: 0/20 and 0/30 for a maximum amount of 240,000 euro(s) excluding tax for the entire duration of the contract
