- The purpose of the consultation is the supply, accommodation and maintenance of a computer solution for monitoring the time of the time of departmental agents in each of the colleges. This application allows the service in charge of the human resources of the Directorate of Education and Youth,The visualization of the management of working time of territorial technical assistants of educational establishments (ATTEE) established by the functional departments of the colleges of the Oise. In particular, it ensures: - creation, modification, and permanent consultation of time jobs; - Monitoring of the presence, the management for departmental agents of absences and their various reasons (leave, training, union information, illness ...) - monitoring of requests for substitutes in the absence of an agent.
