- This contract relates to the supply of accessories for the hearing impaired, insofar as they are intended for the benefit of the beneficiaries of the employment obligation for disabled workers of the Var Departmental Council within the meaning of Articles L.5212-2, L .5212-13, L.5212-15 And L.323-5 Of The Labor Code.The recommendations concerning the supply of accessories for people with hearing impairments target certain needs:- Compensating for hearing impairment in meetings- Compensating for hearing impairment for landline or mobile telephone conversations.- Reducing the handling ofs Functions Integrated into Hearing Aids.- Compensating for Hearing Impairment by Providing Vibrating and Luminous Objects.- Compensating for Hearing Impairment for Physical Conversations. Funding for the Benefit Is Provided by the Departmental Budget
