Description:
The agglomeration community has been appointed, by convention, coordinator of the order group for the preparation, placing and notification of the framework agreement, the members of which are the agglomeration community Pau Bearn Pyrenees (CAPBP) and the city of Pau (VDP).
The start date of the start ofservices indicated in the duration part is forecast. The execution of the services begins from the date of notification.
The framework agreement with maximum has enforced articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. Hewill give rise to the emission of purchase orders.
The maximum annual amount of the framework agreement is 40,000 euros HT for the VDP and 25,000 Euro (s) HT for the CAPBP
