Description:
This contract constitutes a single-awarder framework agreement, in application of articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-4, R. 2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code without mention of a minimum and for a maximum annual amount of €380,000 +/- 10% including tax. Purchase orders are established by reference in the unit price schedule.
The purpose of this market is the supply of foodstuffs by a purchasing or referencing center for the central kitchen of the town of Martignas-sur-Jalle.
The Contracting Authority does not have logistics services dedicated to order tracking. Also, it wishes to obtain its food supplies from a public or private purchasing or referencing center. It will acquire food supplies through contracts awarded by the purchasing or referencing center.
THE expected services are detailed in this specific technical clauses book (CCTP).
The contracting authority will place its orders from suppliers listed on the market listing or the catalog of the purchasing or referencing center. The latter will ensure the delivery of all products, through its listed suppliers regardless of the size of the structure to be delivered and the amount of the goods to be delivered.
