Description:
The passing procedure used is the adapted procedure open (social services and other specific services). The markets will be executed according to the technique of purchasing the framework agreement at multi-attributing order orders with maximum amounts. The services are divided into 9 lots. Each Lot will be awarded to a maximum of 4 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). The market is concluded for an initial period of twelve (12) months from its date of notification, the date of October 13 is purely indicative. The deadlines for performing services will be Fixed at each order form in accordance with the stipulations of the frames of the framework agreement. The execution time of each order form cannot exceed 6 months. The market is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each period of renewal is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years. The services will be remunerated by application to the truly executed quantities of the unit prices fixed in the BPU. Prices are revised annually on the effective date of each renewal
