- These are mono-attribute framework agreements to order form of intellectual services made according to a tender procedure opened in application of articles L.2124-2 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code. The framework agreements are concluded without a minimum amount but with A maximum amount of € 230,000.00 for one year or € 920,000.00 over the overall duration in the event of renewal. The services are divided into 20 lots and will be carried out in the various social services spread over the Aubois territory and at the Departmental Center of Aube. Each framework agreement Will be concluded for a period of 12 months from January 1, 2026 and may be renewed 3 times tacitly on each January 1 for the years 2027, 2028 and 2029 for a period of 12 months. There is no visit or variant.
