Every marche is a framework agreement with minimum and maximum is entered into in application of articles L2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Order Code public. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The minimum and maximum are set in quantity, per batch and presentedin the specifications.Each contract is concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification.
