The group of orders consists of:
City of Perpignan/Perpignan Mediterranean Metropolis Urban Community/CCAS of Perpignan/EPCC Theater of the Archipelago/Epic of the Palais des Congress and Exhibitions/Regie du Parking Arago-Saint Martin/Committee of Social Works City of Perpignan.Coordinator of the order group is the city of Perpignan.
Market shape: framework agreement with subsequent markets. Allocation of a framework agreement by lot.
Each batch will be allocated to five economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers).
Framework agreement concluded for a period of48 months from the notification of the framework agreement to holders.
An additional optional optional service - All lots: Electricity of renewable origin.
The start date of supply is scheduled for September 1, 2025.
The tipping points of delivery will take place on September 12025, according to the subsequent markets launched
