- The purpose of this consultation is to establish a framework agreement (a contract) between the city of Albertville and several economic operators. This agreement will be the basis of competing, only between its holders, with regard to the set of services relating to the subject of this Framework agreement. This competition will take place for the entire period of validity of the framework agreement. The prices of the initial framework agreement are unitary. The prices of subsequent markets will be either unitary or lump sum. Ceiling prices are adjustable. Financing on equity of The community (operating section) No financial guarantee clause will be applied. An advance may be granted to the holder under the conditions defined by each subsequent market.
