The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply of pianos for the Paris National Opera.
This is a multi-attribute framework agreement with subsequent markets, such as governed by articles R. 2162-2 of the public procurement code, concluded without minimum annual amount and with an annual amountMaximum set at 200,000 Euro (s) HT, for which 3 economic operators will be selected, subject to a sufficient number of candidates. The notebook of characteristics and procedures for execution relating to the framework agreement (CCME) fixes the general contractual terms between the National Opera of Parisand holders of the framework agreement, for the conclusion of subsequent markets relating to the supply of pianos
