- The purpose of this consultation is to subscribe to an participation agreement for the additional mutual health care of the city and CCAS of Saint-Leu. Last employer was the municipality of Saint-Leu. Health, in accordance with the provisions of articles 88-1 and 88-2 of Law No. 84-53 of January 23, 1984 and the 2011-1474 decree of 08 November 2011. The Convention is concluded for a period of 6 years from January 1, 2026 until December 31, 2031 with the possibility of annual termination of the contract for the two parties on notice of 6 months before the deadline of the 1st January.
