Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent markets and the issue of purchase orders under the conditions of the specifications.
The services are paid under the conditions of the specifications.
The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 7 years from its notification date (The date of 01/12/2025 is an estimated notification date).
The maximum amount of services for the duration of the framework agreement is 3,000,000 euros Ventile HT as follows:
- CHU de Bordeaux: 1,250,000 Euro (s) HT
- CH Libourne: 600,000 Euro (s) HT
-CH Sainte-Foy-la-Grande: 100 000 euros (s) ht
- Ch cadillac: 200 000 euros (s) ht
- CH South Gironde: 150 000 euros (s) ht
- Ch bazas: 50 000 euros (s) ht
- Espass de Podimatec: 50 000 euros (s) ht
- PPMS de Monsegur: 50 000 euros (s) ht
- Ch Charles Perrens: 300 000 euros (s) HT
- Ch haute Gironde: 100 000 euros (s) ht
- Ch Arcachon: 150 000 Euro (s) HT
The maximum amounts are identical for the basic offer and for the variant offer.
Candidations have the obligation to respond to the basic solution and will have to make a proposal for the variant required under the conditions of the specifications.
The required variant relates to The acquisition, maintenance of unwanted events management software and GED quality, and associated services for the benefit of the GHT Alliance de Gironde and members of the order group.
