- The purpose of this market is the assurances of the Siom of the Chevreuse valley. It is divided into 5 lots:
- lot n 1: damage insurance for goods and additional risks,
- Lot n 2: civil liability insurance which is reached in the environment,
- Lot n 3: automotive fleet insurance and self-collaborators
- Lot n 4: Criminal legal protection insurance for agents and elected officials,
- Lot n 5: statutory risk insurance
It is an ordinary lump sum market, for each lot.
The holder must manage the insurance contract and the regulation of claims questioning the responsibility of the Siom.
The market will take effect on January 01, 2026 for a first period extending until December 31, 2026.
La date d'echeance du contrat est fixee au 1er janvier.
Unless terminated under the conditions indicated below, it will be renewed from year to year, tacitly, until December 31 2029. Its maximum duration is therefore set at 4 years.
Damage insurance for goods and additional risks
The purpose of the market is damage insurance to goods and additional risks of the SIOM site of the Chevreuse valley, in the event of the realization of one of the events described in the CCTP 25.010-1 which would affect the Or buildings and its content whose SIOM is the owner, tenant and/or occupying any capacity whatsoever.
