Description:
The consultation is made up of two parts: part 1 will be reserved for insurance services, part 2 will be reserved for management services.
Where applicable, franchise solutions are provided, referred to as variants (franchises) to which candidates are invited to apply. answer. This response to franchise solutions is not mandatory but highly recommended.
The candidate will be:
- either a single insurer without an intermediary (who will commit to all of the services, parts 1 and 2),
- either an insurer and its representative, agent (who undertake, together, to the performance of all the services, parts 1 and 2),
- either a joint group consisting of an insurer and an intermediary, a broker for example, represented by the designated agent (each party then committing to the provision of the services incumbent upon it: the insurer undertakes for the services of part 1 and the intermediary for the services of part 2).
It is specified that the group formed between the insurer and the broker cannot be presented, depending on the financial level of the insurer's commitments, in any form other than that of the joint group.
