Description: The Department of Allier wishes to equip its territory with a new media with institutional and tourist communication by buying light panels, in particular new generation LED screens, allowing the qualitative dissemination of images or small animations. These will be located outdoors throughout the territory of the department and mainly: -Sur departmental properties (colleges, administrative buildings, carpooling areas?); -Sur municipal properties for municipalities who wish to participate in the operation and who will have agreed with the department. In this case the municipality will provide the land and electricity. The department, via this market, will install the panel of which it will be the owner and will ensure the maintenance.
