Description:
The aim of the study is to develop the master plan for the valuation of water sludge17. The scheme must constitute an operational and decision -making tool based as well on a search for environmental, energy and economic performance. The study is broken down into phases: - Phase 1: State Places and diagnosis: - Phase 2: Proposals of the possible scenarios of sludge valuation and comparative analysis of the scenarios. - Phase 3: Scenario selected - Action plan of the master plan. - phase 4 (optional tranche NO1): feasibility study of the methanisation unit of sludge. - 4bis phase (optional sliced no2): feasibility study of a sludge composting unit. Water 17, Syndicat des Eaux de la Charente -Maritime, has three skills: - drinking water; - collective sanitation; - non -collective sanitation. Water figures 17 for sanitation Collective: - 392 Membership municipalities - 211 municipalities served - 151,779 subscribers - 202 Purritering stations in service Annual production sludge on the water perimeter 17 is around 4,500 tonnes of materials dry.
