Study relating to the regulatory and financial challenges of therapeutic de -escalation in oncology. The object of the market is detailed in the specific technical clauses (CCTP) attached to the business consultation file (DCE). The purpose of the approach initiated by the Inca is To have an inventory and a supported analysis of regulatory and financial issues, as well as any brakes on the development and deployment of therapeutic de -escalation in oncology in France. The objective is also to identify all the levers of actions mobilizable In view of the lifting of these brakes or the attenuation of their effects.
