- The purpose of this framework agreement is to conduct a study in order to carry out a state of the art of present pressures, avoided, strongly limited or deleted within potential ZPFs, with regard to the ecological issues targeted in part in the SNAP 2022-2024 of the handle is sea of the sea North which can justify their labeling. The service will take place in two phases: - phase 1, treated at a flat price, relating to the census of the laws and regulations in force, a bibliographic study of the existing data of listed sites making it possible to identify the pressures, to carry out the associated cartographies and to formulate proposals for measures to be implemented to decrease them significantly. - Phase 2, treated at a unit price on purchase orders, relating to the conduct of data acquisition collection for insufficiently documented sites And, at the end, making it possible to ensure the missions of phase 1 (identify the pressures, map the sites and formulate proposals for measures).
