Description:
The infinium methodylationepic v2.0 array services (improved version of Epic V1.0) is the new cutting -edge Illumina® technique for DNA methylation analysis on the genome scale, based on Conversion to bisulfite. It makes it possible to quantitatively detect the total methylation level of more than 930,000 methylation sites throughout the human genome to a resolution of a single nucleotide. It offers complete coverage of CPG islets, enhancer regions, open chromatin sites and other important methyloma regions with extended content compared to Epic V1.0. We need an economical solution with a Quick execution time (4 weeks), which covers 930,000 cpg detected in human samples with a resolution of a single nucleotide and end -to -end services, including conversion to bisulfite, hybridization of the network, network scanning and data quality control. we have total 300 (120+ 180) samples to be analyzed.
