E.P.S.B.D., located in Etampes in Essonne, is a health facility specializing in psychiatry. It plays a major role in the management of patients with mental disorders at the departmental level.
In 2022, the public health establishment Barthelemy Durand has acquired new buildings located on the G.H.U. Paris Psychiatry & Neuroscience, at 2 route de Longpont in the town of Sainte-Genevieve-des-Bois. The establishment, already present on this site, had previously Opened a hospital unit for adolescents in 2010, and inaugurated, in 2012, a building of 9,000 m2 of net surface area (SHON) intended for the hospitalization of the five sectors of psychiatry in the north of the Essonnian territory.
As part of this acquisition, the establishment has taken over 2022 The management of technical installations, in particular water, electricity and gas networks, formerly operated by the G.H.U. Paris Psychiatry & Neuroscience. However, a maintenance deficiency observation has been noted. This situation leads us today to consider either Replacement of these installations, either their maintenance in the best possible operating conditions.
