- In this context, SATT AxLR is looking for companies capable of carrying out the following activities, separated into 3 lots: Lot n1: The company will carry out medicinal chemistry to synthesize at least 50 drug-type compounds (intermediates excluded) around the scaffolding of Carnosol (formula1). The company's ability to supply more compounds would be a plus. The objective is to generate new IP thanks to patentable molecules with optimized activity compared to Carnosol. Lot n2: The company will carry out ADME-Tox in-vitro studies on the 2 to 4 best selected compounds.born during batch n1. The company's ability to propose and argue additional tests will be a plus. Batch n3: The company will synthesize 5 to 10 g of the 2 compounds selected in batch n1 with quality control criteria to be determined.
