- In this context, the SATT AXLR is looking for companies capable of ensuring the following activities separated into 3 lots: lot n ° 1: the company will carry out medicinal chemistry to synthesize at least 50 drug compounds (excluded intermediaries) around 'Carnosol scaffolding (Formula 1). The company's ability to provide more compounds would be a plus. The objective is to generate new PIs thanks to patentable molecules to optimized activity compared to carnosol. Lot n ° 2: The company will carry out in-vitro admito-tox studies on the 2 to 4 best compounds selected during lot 1. The capacity of the company to offer and argue additional tests will be a plus. Lot n ° 3: The company will synthesize 5 to 10 gr of the 2 compounds selected in lot 1 with quality control criteria to be determined.
