Description:
the object of the contract consists of a series of studies aimed at harmonizing the tariff ranges of the transport networks in the region, in order to constitute one or more tariff communities on the regional territory. To do this, the study will be broken down into several missions, each independentothers: a main mission subject to a fixed price (estimated duration: 12 months), as well as additional studies on purchase orders (renewable over 4 years). For the estimate of the services on the part with purchase orders (non-contractual), the candidates can referter to the Estimated Quantitative Detail (Dqe) which provides the most authentic forecast possible of the volume potentially ordered.
