The market has a firm tranche and the optional slices designated CI after: Farm TRAINE GENERAL STUDIES for the development of the Local Inter -municipal Urban Plan (PLUI) on the entire territory: -Phase 1: Analysis of the results of the application of PLUs in force in the territory Intercommunal, -Phase 2: Production of the prospective territorial diagnosis and the initial state of the environment, -phase 3: development of sustainable development and development scenarios and declination of the sustainable development and development project (PADD) retained by the client, -phase 4: Translation of the PADD in the regulations, zoning and development and programming orientations (OAP),-Phase 5: development of the PLUI file intended for the stopping of the project and the public inquiry then for approval, including the digital restitution of the PLUI approved according to the recommendations of the CNIG.
