Studies and technical assistance to the City of Grasse as part of the general revision of the Local Urban Planning Plan (PLU)
This specifications aim to define the mission of studies and technical assistance to the city of Grasse within the framework of the general revision of the local planof town planning (PLU) for taking into account climate and resilience law obligations and compatible with the Scot'oust.
The performance of services begins from the notification of the market.
The execution of the optional 1 tranche will start according to any appeal or observation of theControl of legality.
The maximum duration is 48 months until the completion of the mission as well as written in the CCTP. Study work must start upon receipt of the award notification to the market holder. The service provider must assess in its proposal the duration of theMission, in compliance with the objective set and mentioned above.
The deadlines for carrying out the study include all the procedural phases: from the launch of studies to the lifting of observations of the prefectural legality of the approved PLU, taking into account all the deadlinesnecessary for the smooth running of the mission (preparation, animation of meetings, convening period, development of reports, drafting and sending of documents, consultation, administrative deadlines, validation time ...).
