Description:
The consultation went through an adapted procedure pursuant to article R. 2123-1 3° of the CCP. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 3 years from 04/15/2026 or its notification date if later. It is renewable twice for periods of 1 year. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Services are regulated by unit prices. For the initial period, commitment on a maximum amount of 1,500,000 euro(s) excluding tax. For each period of renewal, commitment on a maximum amount of 500,000 euro(s) excluding tax. The estimated value excluding tax indicated in this notice corresponds to the maximum total amount initial period + renewal periods. The estimated annual quantities are indicated in the quote estimated quantity.
