Description:
The case concerns:
- Studies and diagnostics, work to carry out and renew electrical columns (CMO) also called OCB (collective connection work) in collective building, whether it is new, occupied or rehabilitated buildings. The addition of individual derivationsis also included.
- Studies and works (creation/modification) linked to the construction of auto electricity network (REA) dedicated to charging installations for electric vehicle (IRVE) in buildings also called horizontal electric columns for building parking lots. Parking lotscan be interior, exterior or mixed and possibly required earthworks. Are also planned for REA: assistance to project management in support of the ENEDIS project manager in the study and work phase, customer support, possible participation in the General Assembly ofCo -ownership union. The realization of the work of individual derivations concomitantly to the creation of the collective infrastructure or on an existing infrastructure until it is switched on and the programming of the meters as well as the completion of the additional work including from theCivil engineering and earthworks in cases where the customer delegates them to Enedis;
