Rhine Europe Terminals (RET), a subsidiary of the Autonomous Port of Strasbourg, faced with a relative stagnation of its traffic and increased competitive dynamics on certain segments, wish to engage a fundamental strategic reflection. This reflection goes through a complete inventory of its internal and external functioning, the objective identification of the brakes to performance, a structured comparison with other equivalent installations, and the development of an ambitious roadmap, mobilizing the levers of innovation, organization, commercial positioning and customer attractiveness.
In this perspective, RET is looking for a firm or design office capable of supporting it on a triple plan: 1) in -depth strategic diagnosis (audit) of all of its ecosystem; 2) Participatory construction of a development strategy; 3) Animation of a coaching program and internal workshops, to promote the appropriation of issues by teams and facilitate change management.
