- The purpose of this market is a mission of strategic and prospective study on the technical, legal and financial levels for the future of the Energy Valorization Unit (UVE) Crystal of the Sitru located in Carrières-sur-Seine. The Sitru initiates reflection on the future of its incineration plant and wishes to present its elected officials a global strategic and prospective study including several possible scenarios. This study will have to assess the future needs of the Sitru according to the current and provisional deposits, with the application of the various current and future regulations. The scenarios must be defined and analyzed from a technical, economic and legal point of view with regard to the projects of the neighboring unions, the current equipment and its possible capacities. The comparative analysis of these scenarios will allow elected officials favor, for its implementation.
