- The purpose of this consultation is to award 2 contracts (one per lot) for the strategic AMO framework agreement for the Tertiary Decree on Paris airports. ADP SA has adopted an ambitious energy policy and has set itself the following objectives:
- To move towards operationswith zero impact on the environment in Paris from 2030,
- To be a carbon neutral territory for the Paris-CDG, Paris-Orly and Paris-LBG airports by 2050.
Decree No. 2019-771 of July 23, 2019 relating to obligations for actions to reduce final energy consumption inbuildings for tertiary use, complements these objectives by setting target values for final consumption by 2030, 2040 and 2050.
Aeroports de Paris wishes to be supported in the definition of the short, medium and long term strategy, the most adapted to achieving the objectivesfs of the tertiary decree applicable to its assets and the activities carried out there. The Holders will participate in the construction of a "tertiary decree master plan" through the modeling of savings and investment scenarios.
