Description:
Open call for tenders subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.
The services are divided into 2 lots. Each lot will be the subject of a market. Applicants have the opportunity to submit offers for all lots.
The contract is concluded for an initial period of 3 years.
The operational start of the market begins on 01/03/2026.
Execution services will take place from 03/01/2026 to 02/28/2029 (initial period).
The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 6 years
