Description:
The municipality of Biscarrosse wishes to set up a storage, collection and treatment solution for this scanning waste for material recycling whenever possible. The framework agreement is mono-attribute. He went with a (1) holder (unique economic operatoror a group of economic operators). It will be executed as the purchase orders are established. The holder must be able to provide all the services entered in the B.P.U. within 24 working hours and maximum 72 working hours of the commune's request. THEdeadlines are deemed to start from receipt of the order form by the holder. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of execution of one (1) year from 01/10/2025. It is renewable by tacit renewal and per period of twelve months. The total duration of the framework agreement(Initial period and renewal) that cannot exceed four (4) years. The framework agreement has increased within the limits of: € 15,000 H.T./an minimum and € 50,000 h.t./an maximum. The framework agreement has increased at unit prices. These are revisable according to the conditions listed in the presentC.C.P.
