Description:
In order to respond to the strategy of structural diagnosis of the heritage of Nantes Metropole Habitat, this framework agreement includes a lump sum part (remunerated via a DPGF) as well as a unitary part (remunerated via a BPU):
- The main diagnosis is global and lump sum:
Diagnostics Additional balconies of operations delivered between 2011 and 2026 and diagnostics of balconies not visited during the 2021 market.
1- Visual diagnosis of all balconies: intervention from the outside, by ropes
2- Realization of urgent measures (concrete burst purge, etc.)
- Of the Additional investigations as well as certain specific studies will be remunerated by unit prices, via purchase orders issued as NMH needs:
1- Additional investigations according to the results of the diagnostics
2- constitute the elements to be diagnosed ::
- Structural works (such as balcony, loggia, metal structure, facade, cornice, windows bows, posts, frames, etc. (non -exhaustive list)
- Elements associated with these works (such as railing, etc. regardless of the material concerned) (non-exhaustive list).
