- Establishment of consultation in order to carry out a rehabilitation program of the Halveque park as well as proposals for temporary development of the park. This mission thus aims: (i) the rendering of an exhaustive program in order to prepare a complete rehabilitation of the park, (II)The proposal for temporary arrangements that accompanies this transformation in order to test users in the park. For a provisional basis, the mission must be carried out over the period from June 2025 to June2026.
