Event of spontanee interest - Port sector is - Naval repair
In accordance with article L 2122-1-4 of the general property code of public persons (CGPPP), it is brought to the attention of third parties, the fact that the great sea port of Dunkirk (GPMD) received a demonstrationof spontaneous interest, with a view to the occupation of a set of land and port infrastructure dedicated to a naval repair activity with a global capacity of approximately 15.36 ha on the field of the industrial-port area located in the town of Dunkirk. This land ensemble is includedAt the above plans. At the expiration of the current occupation contracts, either at 12/31/2025, and possibly after restoration of the field, the GPMD plans to issue one or more occupation titles, in particular in compliance with the prescriptions of articles L 2122-1 and following of the CGPPP,of a request for occupation of the public domain for economic exploitation. The GPMD publishes this call for manifestation of interest, aimed at ensuring, prior to the issuance of the securities (s), of "the absence of any other manifestation of competing interest".
