- The object of the market is the realization of the first tranche of the southern urban way of Nimes, namely the section located between rue Christino Garcia and the Chemin du Pont des iles.
This market has passed according to an open tender procedure, in application of articles R2124-2-1 , r2161-2At R2161-5 of the public order code.
Services, objects of consultation, are divided into lots separated as follows:
- Lot n 1: roads- Wetlands- Services will be remunerated by application of unit prices to the quantities really executed/delivered.
- LotN 2: Dry networks- The services will be remunerated by application of unit prices to the quantities actually executed/delivered.
- Lot n 3: green spaces- the services will be remunerated by application of unit prices to the quantities really executed/delivered.
