- The object of the market is the realization of the first tranche of the southern urban route of Nimes, namely the section located between rue Christino Garcia and the Chemin du Pont des Iles. This market has passed according to an open tender procedure, in application of articles R2124-2-1 , R2161-2to R2161-5 of the public procurement code. The services, objects of the consultation, are divided into batch separated as follows: - lot n 1: roads - wet networks - the services will be remunerated by application of unit prices to the quantities actually executed/delivered. - BatchN 2: Dry networks - Services will be remunerated by applying unit prices to the quantities actually executed/delivered. - Lot n 3: green spaces - Services will be remunerated by application of unit prices to the quantities actually executed/delivered. As part of thisConsultation, the city of Nimes acts as a contracting authority.
