Description:
SIVERT organizes sourcing on the basis of article R.2111-1 of the CCP. This notice does not have the purpose or effect of concluding a public procurement contract. The future contract will relate to the revamping, operation, maintenance and upkeep of the current energy recovery unit.SALAMANDER economy of household and similar waste and the associated energy production (electrical and thermal), i.e. a 120,000 T/year oven. A possible extension of the site is also planned to accommodate the OMr of SIVERT partners (Via a Group of Granting Authorities): Angers Loire Metropole, Community of communes of Pays Sabolien, and part of Tours Metropole. Or the design, construction, financing (in whole or in part), operation, maintenance and upkeep of a second additional kiln line, estimated at 85,000 T/year. The expected durationThe term of the contract would be 25 years. SIVERT wishes to carry out a sourcing phase aimed at refining the definition of its needs, before launching an advertising and competitive bidding procedure aimed at awarding a concession contract. One of the objectives is to optimize the proenergy production of the UVE, and more generally of the site.
