Description:
The city of Colombes plans to launch a consultation in order to retain an operator who is in charge of rehabilitation of the building, its transformation into a new fun and multisport park and its exploitation, without requirement to answer a need expressed by the city.
Beforehand At the possible launch of the required consultations (s), sourcing is organized on the basis of articles R.2111-1 and R.2111-2 of the public procurement code, in order to collect information from the various market players and to strengthen expectations and objectives.
THE Operators who wish to participate are invited to download the Sourcing Rules (and its appendices) to the city dematerialization platform (http://marchespublics.colombes.fr) and to submit their responses within the expected time (deadline for response: Monday, August 25, 2025 12:00).
