Description:
The purpose of the contract is the sorting of packaging and paper-newspaper-magazines, including the storage and loading of materials resulting from the sorting of household and similar waste from the territory of the SIOM of the Vallee de Chevreuse. The contract is a non-allotted framework agreement with purchase orders in application of article R2362-8 of the public procurement code. The minimum and maximum are expressed in tonnes to be sorted, as follows: - Minimum annual tonnage: 9,000 tonnes to sort - Maximum annual tonnage: 14,000 tonnes to sort The contract is concluded for a period of one year from March 1, 2026, it is tacitly renewable 3 times 1 year within the limit of 4 years, i.e. until February 28, 2030, the holder cannot refuse the renewal. The contractor takes advantage of the period between notification of the contract and the start date of performance of the services to take measures preparatory work for the execution of the contract, in order to be operational on March 1, 2026. The candidate must therefore be able, from March 1, 2026, to carry out the missions mentioned above for the entire supply of packaging and paper household.
