- The purpose of the contract is the sorting and processing of rubble from the boxes of the municipal technical centers (CTM) of the 21 municipalities belonging to the SIOM of the Vallee de Chevreuse and the Villejust recycling center.
this is an agreement- unit price framework which is implemented by issuing co-vouchersorder, in application of article R2362-8 of the Public Order Code.
The minimums and maximums are expressed in tonnages processed, as follows:
? Minimum annual quantity: 1,000 tonnes
? Maximum annual quantity: 4,500 tonnes.
The start date of the framework agreement is set for April 152024.
It is concluded for a period of two years from April 15, 2024, it may be tacitly renewed annually. The total duration of the contract may not exceed four years from the start date of the services, i.e. until April 15, 2028. The Holder cannot refuse the request.econduction.

The market concerns the services of sorting and processing of rubble resulting from the collection of boxes from the municipal technical centers (CTM) of the 21 municipalities member of the SIOM of the Chevreuse Valley andof the recycling center (Villejust).
This is a framework agreement with purchase orders in application of article R2362-8 of the Public Order Code, processed at unit prices. It is executed by issuing purchase orders. The minimum and maximum are expressed in tonnages processed, as follows:
