Description:
The subject of this Framework Agreement with Purchase Orders is the supply and installation of recreational equipment and shock-absorbing safety floors on the territory of the town of Charenton-Le-Pont. The Contracting Authority has decided not to launch the Consultation In Separate Batches For The Following Reason: The ObThe framework agreement does not allow the identification of separate services, that is to say that the services are not liable "by their nature and taking into account the subject of the framework agreement, be the subject of different batches". The Framework Agreement Is To Purchase Orders With Minimum And Maximum.The Minimum Threshold Is 50,000Euro HT And The Maximum Threshold Is 500,000Euro HT For The Initial Period Of 24 Months. This Amount Will Be Identical For The Renewal Period. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 48 months.
